"I had the most incredible experience at! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and catered to every detail with care. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and spotless, with luxurious bedding and all the amenities one could wish for. The dining options were phenomenal, offering a wide variety of cuisines prepared to perfection. The spa and wellness facilities were a haven of relaxation, and the pool area was pristine and inviting. Every corner of the hotel exuded sophistication and charm. A special mention goes to the concierge team, who provided excellent recommendations and ensured my stay was seamless. This hotel truly lives up to its 5-star rating and more. I cannot wait to return!"
Hotel is located in quiet place and have good space for parking and sitting, About the room it is also very good comfort and the service.
On arrival the hotel is quite a way out from Dieppe but close to shops and amenities. On arrival we were given the family room which unfortunately was on a floor which had a heavy smoke smell. I kind of felt sorry for the staff and they said this was a cultural problem that no matter how hard they try they can’t get on top of. When we went into the room the bed was messy, there was rubbish in the bins and used glasses on the side. When we mentioned this to the front desk they couldn’t have been more apologetic. They went out of their way to help make our stay more enjoyable. Not only did they give us two joining rooms they also gave us a free round of drinks, breakfast in the morning and when we got back from our evening meal they told us the room had been deep cleaned and they were happy to move us back to that room (which we refused as we were perfectly happy with all they had done). I always think in life mistakes happen sometimes it’s just unfortunate and not done on purpose or intentionally. The measure of a person or a company/business is how you respond and the staff here responded brilliantly. Despite the initial hiccups we would definitely stay again.
